The day is split into 2 separate practices:
- 9.30am-12.30pm Asana Study: $60
- 3.30pm-5.30pm Restorative & Pranayama: $40
Investment: Bookings Essential as Sessions will run only with Sufficient Numbers

Suitable for students with 12 months minimum experience and teachers of other modalities.
