Day 1: Friday 3rd January
- Â 6am-8am: Hips
- Â 5pm-7pm: Inversions & Forward Bends
Day 2: Saturday 4th January
- Â 6am-8am: Twists & Abdominals
- Â 5pm-7pm: Inversions & Foward Bends
Day 3: Sunday 5th January
- Â 6am-8am: Back Bends
- Â 5pm-7pm: Restorative Asana & Pranayama
