In these present times of isolation, I feel privelaged to bring the gift of Yoga - Live, Online & into your Home.

  • Limited to 10 participants to maintain Integrity. 
  • Unsuitable for Beginners. Students of 12 months min experience. Great pd for teachers & trainees of other modalities 
  • Full time & Pay as you Go available.
  • Online using the Zoom app (free for you to use)

Day 1: Friday 10th April

  • 6.30am-8.30am: Hips
  • 4pm-6pm: Inversions & Forward Bends

Day 2: Saturday 11th April

  •  6.30am-8.30am: Twists & Abdominals
  •  4pm-6pm: Inversions & Foward Bends

Day 3: Sunday 12th April

  •  6.30am-8.30am: Back Bends
  •  4pm-6pm: Restorative Asana & Pranayama
