Friday, Saturday & Sunday: 6.30am-8.30am

Each morning will have a particular accent or focus, while consolidating the foundations of Iyengar yoga. Standings & seated asana, forward extensions, backward extensions and inversions, will be practiced. As this is Iyengar yoga, there are unlimited modifications & use of props, that allow us to explore this vast subject within one's individual capacity.

Sunday: 4pm-6pm

The intensive is completed, with the Sunday afternoon restorative session, which allows the body and mind to rest, to restore any depleted energy, fatigue or muscular tensions, that can occur if you are not familiar with a daily practice.
