About the event
Come and celebrate the life & teachings of BKS Iyengar with a silent led practice.
On arrival we will all observe 'Mouna' or silence.
Maree will 'lead' you through a yoga asana practice.
The name of the asana is called, then we practice it together, in silence.
Apart from 'change of side', there is no formal instruction.
Suitable for experienced students.
