The schedule is as follows:

  • 6.30am-8.30am Asana Theme: Saturday (standings), Sunday (forward bends & twists) & Monday (back bends)
  • 4pm-6pm Restorative & Pranayama: Sunday
  • Fulltime & Casual places are available
