About the event
This year's IDOY highlights yoga's vital role in promoting holistic well-being and environmental harmony.
Join Maree, for a 90 minute Silent Led Practice, suitable for all practitioners of Yoga.
We observe 'Mouna' or silence, from beginning to end of the practice.
Maree will 'call' the pose and then we go into it together, maintain & then 'called' to come out.
Apart from this, there is no formal instruction.
If a participant does require assistance, it will be given.
